OD Suicide
33 year old woman took an overdose of Epival (which she was taking for her bipolar disorder) then flung herself into bed to die, which she certainly did. Now someone's gonna have to clean those sheets. Found later in the day by her mother.  ·  ·  ·  · |

So, Epival was supposed to act as a mood stabiliser: looks like it didn't work very well.

Depends on what you OD with. Bleach is painful, heroin isn't. Everything is toxic at the correct dose. You can OD on water if you guzzle enough. So your question is unanswerable.
