What a shocking death. Thanks to TEFIK below for shedding light on the details. I couldn't find them at the time.

"The tortured body of an adolescent male lies on the side of the road surrounded by police officials in Mixco, on the outskirts of Guatemala City on August 12, 2005. This area has been especially affected by the wave of "social cleansing" that has swept over Guatemala, in which hundreds have been disappeared or murdered at the hands of shadowy groups, connected often to the National Police, according to witnesses."
