On the 14th March, a 32 year old Cambodian man was killed when he was hit by a Red Cross van carrying aid bags of rice. The accident was put down to driver tiredness from driving a long distance.

Sorry, I just checked another translation from a different article and it is clearer than the one I used. The guy who died was the driver of the red cross vehicle. He died after hitting another container vehicle, and ended up stuck in the front of the cockpit.
