you tie the breasts together prior to embalming because if you let them hang and the fixative agent sets in, youll NEVER get them back up there and in her bra when you trying to dress her. some people do a stitch through the nipple, some use a clamp, and some embalmers dont do anything at all. its all up to what the embalmer prefers.
