As a former sergeant in the Marines, I find it unbelievable that an American would publish these pictures in the context of insult. I guess there are cowards that live in this country and We've just met their king....Do us all a favor and film your own death.

The op is a dick, but I'm still glad these pictures were posted. The news will never show anything close to a dead soldier's body anymore. People should be able to see the effects of what their government does. Though obviously this isn't what the asshole who started this thread intended |

My own belief is that these men and women are dying for a peace which will never be either gained nor appreciated. I find it sad that insults are aimed at the OP for posting what governments will not allow. We look at the dead and dying on this forum all the time, and there are some disgusting comments about those deceased, from rape to senseless murder. You can't take the high ground on this, and still find it OK to post similar demeaning comments elsewhere. That said, I will always have the utmost respect for those in the forces the world over, my opinion on war does not alter the fact that they put their lives on the line in the name of peace and that is truly a great thing. For those we have lost, Rest In Peace. For those alive and serving, please come home to your familes safely. |

It's one thing to show dead US Soldiers but to title it "no so tough" is not only inaccurate (you get shot up and see how tough you are) but it's disrespectful to a group of mostly Americans viewing this. So with that I'd like to personally tell you to FUCK OFF Asshole.

"double standard" lol its more the "not so tough us troops" headline that gets me a little heated. what makes these troops not so tough, that they might have stepped on an i.e.d. or that they mightve been sniped, or shot just like anyone else could be shot? i think theyre tough just for going out there, you obviously arent out there doing what they are doing and risking your life, so i think we all know whos "not so tough".
