~No Helmet~
A flip flop wearing motorcyclist and his passenger tried to cross the BR116 highway in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. They were hit by a truck. The helmetless driver died on the spot, after having his head crushed by the truck. His passenger was dragged and found a kilometer further down the road. The truck never stopped and no leads were obtained to find the truck/driver.

Re: ~No Helmet~
I don't think he had much time to assess his situation before the end.
