Yeah its so weird how in other countries death is viewed as so normal because if that happened in North America the highway would be shut down, 100 police/ ems workers on scene and the body would be covered up but there its asif its no big deal.

You all people are right..It shouldn't be like that. But you see all people are on their bikes going to their jobs in morning.This picture must be from some metropolitan city like bombay or ahmedabad where everybody is behind their day to day hustle and bustle .Finally you know how much is the population of india today, it's 1.17 billion people (18% of total population on earth)so this kind of incident is common and did you see there is 3 people riding one little scooter....they will probably talk to their spouses or friends after work and be little careful while driving..... About the indian police....don't get me started. they always shows off after incident takes place. If there is no money to be gained from this kind of incident they will not take any immediate action.To right off trafic ticket you give traffic police 20 ruppes bill(that's 50 cent) and voila you are free to go. You can do any crime and bribe all police official and you can easily get away.The bribing starts from peon to president.No bribing means you are in trouble. |
