has part of face gouged from the looks of it- probably rinsed the blood off at morgue or maybe some kind of infection

it looks cancerous to me, an i think he's still alive, the wound look's moist and fresh looking, if he was dead it would be all crusty, maybe he's a homeless drunk!   lad

Needs a pair of those sunglasses like the Terminator wore when he had to pull his eye out. Only problem is he has not got a fucking nose to hang them on. Spose double sided tape might do ! |
