Look at the nipple on the boob in the background... looks like it's something he/she/it has played around with before. I agree though it does look like the nipple in the foreground is being held down for some reason. |

I beleive this is an act of BME. Extreme body modification. It tends to involve cutting off nipples, Mutilitaing genitals, and in some cases, cutting their genitals off. It's really fucked up shit. There are videos of this shit floating around the web but i wouldn't recommend viewing them.
