Her body was found in an empty lot this morning. Police officer Lyno Pino told Cebu Daily News Digital the young girl was found half naked and lying lifeless. Dan Gascosgacos, the main investigator in the case, identified the victim as Christine Lee Silawan. She is from Mactan in Lapu-Lapu City, and served as a collector in the nearby Sacred Heart Parish Church in Pajac. Mr Pino said the student from Maribago High School attended the 6pm mass at church but went missing shortly after. The girl was found on Monday morning in a two-hectare property that is 500 metres away from the closest residential area. Mr Pino said the motive for the killing has not yet been established. He added police are now studying CCTV footage of the church to see who the girl was with in the hours leading up to her death. Senior Superintendent Lemuel Obon, chief of the Lapu-Lapu Police Office, said: “She was brutally killed. “She was part of a church ministry as a church collector. “She asked permission from her mother yesterday (Sunday) that she would go to church but she was not able to go home since then.” He added police are now looking for three men who could be behind the gruesome killing. |

A lot of uncensored images can be found on the news sites from whichever country. FaceBook is another good one for uncensored images. There are groups on there that post things as they're happening. I was a mod on a Brazilian one a while back (until it got closed down) + got hold of great photos + videos.

The girl was only 16 years old, not 19.  As C.L.S.. was laid to rest, her mother, 'L', was assisted by paramedics after she fainted at her daughter's burial in Cattleya Memorial Garden, Cordova Town in Cebu.          Presidential Assistant for the Visayas, M.D. visits the wake of C.L.S. and personally handed over P20,000 cash assistance from President R.D. 'M' said that the president ordered him to visit the wake of the teen to express his condolences to the family. 'R' promised a speedy investigation of the case. Aside from the P20,000 assistance from the president, 'M' said that he will personally put up a P100,000 bounty to help resolve the case.     THE blood found on the shirt and ball cap of the prime suspect in the murder of C.L.S. reportedly matched with that of the victim, according to a National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) 7 official. NBI 7 Director T.E. said the result of the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) test favors his investigators’ findings that John (real name withheld) took part in the killing of 'C' on the evening of March 10. The girl’s body was found on a vacant lot in Barangay Bankal, Lapu-Lapu City last March 11. He said the murder complaint against the suspect is strengthened by the new findings. The DNA test was conducted by the NBI central office. 'T' refused to divulge the other details, saying only a medico-legal officer can explain the result to the public. “This is a strong evidence. This will speak for itself that there was a participation from the suspect,” he said. The suspect’s lawyer, V.I., belittled and doubted the result. He said his client’s personal items were secured using the warrant to search, seize and examine computer data (WSSECD), which specified that only computer or digital-related evidence can be confiscated by the NBI. 'V' also questioned how the bloodstains were found in his client’s personal possessions. He said if his client was the perpetrator, he would have gotten rid of the things that would implicate him in the crime. “In any case, those are not admissible evidence. Those were taken in violation of my client’s right to be secured from unreasonable searches and seizures,” he said. John was arrested by the NBI agents last March 16, during the implementation of the search warrant issued by Cebu City Regional Trial Court Branch 11 Judge R.D. Jr. 'V' had filed a motion asking 'R' to quash the WSSECD and order the NBI to return the personal items seized from his client—a shirt, underwear, a ball cap and five pieces of paper with unidentified markings. The defense has three witnesses, who attested that John was playing basketball with his friends on the evening of March 10. When John was still in the NBI 7’s custody, someone allegedly cut a wound from his behind and took a little amount of his blood. 'V' believes the Lapu-Lapu City Prosecutor’s Office would treat the evidence from the NBI 7 and the defense with fairness. He is open to the idea of letting John become a state witness, but he said this could not happen as his client did not admit committing the crime. On Thursday, April 4, John turned 18. His mother and 'V' visited him in a home care center in Lapu-Lapu City. Ice cream, spaghetti and sandwiches were brought inside the facility, but Isles said these were donated by the Cebu Action Group (CAG) for all the Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) staying in the facility, not just for his client. 'V' said his fellow CAG members decided to conduct the feeding program for the CICLs on John’s birthday, after learning that the other members could not attend on April 28, the original schedule and the 13th anniversary of the passage of the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act of 2006. Meanwhile, 'T' refused to comment on the findings of the second autopsy on 'C’s body that was conducted by the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), saying he would let police medico-legal officer B.L. issue the statement. 'B’s findings contradicted with those of PAO’s forensic pathologist, who said 'C' was strangled, tied, raped and her face scalded with acid. In his autopsy result, 'B' said 'C' was not raped. He only found a healed laceration in the victim’s genitals. “We stand by with the findings of Dr. 'B',” 'T' said. The mother of the witness who tagged John in the crime visited the NBI 7 office in Cebu City to assure the investigators that her son would not backtrack on his testimony.    'L.P., mother of C.L.S., said her daughter frequently visited her in her dreams asking for justice, and pleads to the conscience of her daughter’s killer during a press conference held by the NBI yesterday.

Regardless of the (on avarage) more youthful appearance of most Asians, I've always been pretty good at estimating their actual ages, and so I already had the feeling she was probably younger than 19... That being said, now that it's confirmed this poor girl was only JUST 16, doesn't that make her a child / minor / teenager and therefore no longer eligible to be on here? Or is a 16 year old teen no longer considered a minor on this site due to 16 being the age of 'consent' in most countries? (Not asking to get this removed but simply because I'm trying to understand what's allowed and where the lines 'become a little blurry'?) |
