You know, if her parents do sue the California Highway Patrol (or CHiPs for you Erik Estrada fans) then the toll booth taker and the Honda driver should sue her parents for duress for being such bad parents and not having more control over their impulsive daughter.

Yeah, seems the smart thing for him to do is keep quiet - drawing attention seems to be asking for them to look further into whether he contributed to the accident by driving eratically - anyone with brains would leave well enough alone...

It used to be 20+ hours of music videos (although it was the same video over and over). Maybe if this girl (Nikki) had not grown up on "Real World" or "Road Rules" and have parents who paid attention to her, we might not be writing about her. Then again, she seemed like a dumb enough rich bitch to think she could get away with taking daddy's car and driving 100 mph. Oh to be young and "invincible" huh? |
