A.) Many generic drugs are synthesized in India and sold worldwide hence the ease they had in obtaining them. B.) This looks accidental. They reference Codeine and Benzodiazepine, both used as a 'downer' in drug culture. Typically, when you're chasing a high, you start with a 'downer' and switch to an 'upper' or vice versa in order to counteract any negative side effects. By combining Codeine and Benzodiazepine, you'll experience a STRONG sense of euphoria (or elation) because of the HUGE hit of dopamine released by the brain. Unfortunately, as they're both 'downers', they're not meant to be mixed in large quantities (or any quantity really) because they can, and will, often shut down your respiratory system or introduce abnormal electrical signals, known as cardiac arrhythmia, to your body. Heath Ledger basically died the same way. God bless. |

Re: Newlywed British Couple on Their Honeymoon Died from a Drug Overdose in India
''sh Anand, the Delhi doctor who prescribed J.G. the diazepam, said: ‘He said he’d been on the medicine for a long time and he had come to me for a repeat prescription. 'He was addicted to these pills so it’s not safe to come off them immediately, he has to come off them slowly. So I gave him a different dose as a repeat prescription. ‘You need to slowly reduce your intake, it is very serious if you stop taking them immediately, so I felt it reasonable to give him another prescription. ‘He seemed stable, calm, alert and walked well. It was a medicine that I just continued to give him; it wasn’t a new prescription.'' Imo this is bs, i was addicted to anti depressants ( prozac ) lorazepam, oxazepam, seroquel and anti psychotics and a whole lot of other crap for 12 years, dropped them all at once, cold turkey, and besides some withdrawal symptoms i was doing fine. That DR is trying to cover his ass. |
