Blazer R93, most common chambered round is .338 lapua. A bit over powered for a police sniper in an urban setting, over penetration an all.
You think one guy with a .338 Lapua did all that (I know it's possible...just speculating)?

Police did it, no doubt. South American police often have heavy caliber rifles in their patrol cars, AR-10's and the like, just to defeat any narco armor they can encounter.
