Seeing stories like this always unsettles me. My older brother has a very bad on and off again drug problem that lands him in prison or jail where he spends most of his time. He was staying with my grandma for a while, and one day I called her up and she told me how when giving my brother a ride somewhere, he pointed to a rain gutter or sewer area along side the road in the middle of nowhere and told her he was going to kill her and hide her there and nobody would ever find her. She dropped him off and immediately got a protection order filed....plus he's schizophrenic so God only knows what he's capable of. Drugs mess people up!
