In my city, in april and may, we have a party/festival with lots of alcohol, drugs, and banda music, called “La Feria de San Marcos”.
During these days, three people related with de management and security of “La Feria” Casino were killed by organized crime.
The armed group, Los Zetas, left a sign in one of the executions.The sign said: “Por cobrar cuota, La plaza ya tiene dueño” something like: “For charge a fee, the place already has an owner” (sorry if the translation is wrong)
However, the civilians has not been affected for this crimes, and continued going to get drunk.
