Narco Execution
On the morning of March 13th, two bodies were found on the side of a road in Mexico. One male, one female. The male had been decapitated, and his head was found further down the road, with the typical Narco message/threat (have not been able to find photos of this, sorry). Both bodies had their hands tied. The bodies were removed around 10pm the same day, after the criminal investigation.

Says to keep sending more idiots to fight their plaza and something about this happened due to extortion and that they need to release two prisioners. It is directed to the city mayor
