You can find the "Alarma!" periodical at most Hispanic food stores. It's kind of like buying latest edition of "The Sun" or the "Enquirer". It's funny to me - growing up in Mexico you see this one and the "Alerta!", another similar periodical on the stands next to fruit and veggies at the local grocery store. Alerta! stopped it's gore journalism years back, though.
