Re: Napalm - The Smell of Victory

sorry, I was just fucking with you ^_^
Anyway, i feel bad for every dead soldier, men, woman and child also the dogs. never forget the puppy thrower. a sad day for all fellow americans D': So many people are dying. Of course we need the oil and all, and the war economy. Our sons are dying because we need it.
The crisis is hitting good however. I rather have some more homeless americans than 1 more dead soldier :'(

As for the "god bless your dad", be careful: maybe he was raping some in vietnam. It happens in the war. Regardless of wether or not they wanted to go to war. and there aint no heaven for the bad dead soldiers : ( so behave and be good soldiers.

Re: Napalm - The Smell of Victory

Wow... Napalm turns into a discussion on the geographical placement of Mexico... The thread is so interesting you have to go back to view the pictures to remind yourself what you're meant to be looking at!! Sad pictures and a very traumatic event... I'm now going to go and repeatedly bash my head off something hard as Bruce from Mexico who is really an American and maybe part African but not and so must be Spanish or indeed a little Nordic with the distinct possibility of having roots on Mars has really confused the hell out of me...

Re: Napalm - The Smell of Victory

I've gained a lot of respect for the men and women who have fought and will fight for my freedom. My grandpa went to Vietnam and I've seen what war can do to a person. I sure as hell wouldn't be able to go do what they do! so I've got the respect for them. I've got faith in my country.

and maybe you guys should get a little kiddie map to show bruce where the hell he lives, its that dump below Texas. I never thought I'd get so mad over someone who isn't American calling themselves an American. United States of AMERICA not mexico.. I don't have a problem with you man, but get your shit straight.

Re: Napalm - The Smell of Victory

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement! My dad is truly a great man, although he is now suffering from Post Tramatic Stress. (He has always suffered, it's just come to head now that he has retired)

My mother and father took a vacation to the "yankee" states a while back and went to see the Vietnam Wall in DC. Dad had horrible nightmares that night from the memories.

Years ago, they had the traveling wall and that stopped in my area, so we went to see it. I was only about 11 or 12 then, so while I didn't completely understand I do now. I understand a lot more now.

My heart breaks for the men like my father who fought for their country and come home to be spit on.

The day my father came home, he got off the plane in the town where his base was at. As he got off the plane, there was a group of hippies at the end of the area. Before my father saw my mother one hippie decided it would be a good idea to walk up to my 6'5" father and spit in his face. After all the gore and horrible acts my father had just seen and done he was able to just walk away.

I couldn't have walked away. Just goes to show that some people can bend and not break.

My father is older now and its getting to where he is starting to break.

I am rambling. I better stop this before I start crying.

I use to wake up late at night and hear my father crying in his sleep. A man who would rather die then to shed a tear awake, crying and screaming in his sleep.

You never truly know the impact until it's all done and over with.
Natarella, You moved me to tears... Your father is a true hero.
May your God go with you...
