Witnesses believed that the decedent's first name was "Miguel." No identification was found on or near the decedent to confirm ID. I think that other than being on this website, there should be a movement in each state or nationwide to put these pictures and information out in the press and social media. There have to be families or friends all over the US who never knew what happened to these poor lost people.
