The decedent was found on the sidewalk, under some debris. Pronounced dead at the scene. Decedent is possibly Vietnamese. Paperwork found at the scene had the possible names of Tuen Nguyen and Tuen Le Tran. this information has not been confirmed and the decedent remains unidentified.

Sad none the less , shit people or not. Some of us see them as shit people and those (some of us) sit on the pedestal and judge. Among themselves, they may be fine upstanding people just down on their luck or immigrants missing from their home country or mentally ill but not necessarily “shit people”. But they probably are shit people.
