Date Body Found: October 17, 1994 Location Found: New Castle, Delaware Estimated Age Range: 25-35 Years Sex: Male Race / Ethnicity: Hispanic / Latino Height: 5' 5"(65 inches) , Measured Weight: 138 lbs, Measured Circumstances of Recovery: Human remains found near the edge of the scrub woods along westbound lane of Basin Road near New Castle. No identification. Fifteen one-dollar bills, 1 nickel, bill serial numbers were from all over the country.    3. Date Body Found: April 12, 2018 Location Found: Los Angeles, California Estimated Age Range: 40-55 Years Sex: Male Race / Ethnicity: Hispanic / Latino Height: 5' 5"-5' 9"(65-69 inches) , Estimated Weight: 175-190 lbs, Estimated Circumstances of Recovery: On 04/12/2018 @ approx. 5:22pm the decedent was witnessed to climb over the fence on the Buckingham Avenue bridge over interstate 10 in Los Angeles. Once he was outside of the fence he let go and fell to the interstate below. 9-1-1 was called and he was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead on 4/12/2018 @ 6:02pm. Cause of Death: Homicide by strangulation. He is believed to be a victim of serial killer Randy Kraft. Hair: Brown, medium-length. Unshaven, scruffy beard on cheeks and neck with a thin mustache. Hair Color: White Facial Hair Description: Beard and mustache. Left Eye Color: Brown Right Eye Color: Brown Clothing: Long blue jeans, blue t-shirt with unknown logo.  9 Date Body Found: April 30, 2018 Location Found: San Juan, Puerto Rico Sex: Male Race / Ethnicity: Hispanic / Latino Height: 5' 3"(63 inches) , Estimated Weight: 118 lbs, Estimated Circumstances of Recovery: Male who was found in a street without vital signs. Hair Color: Brown Left Eye Color: Brown Right Eye Color: Brown Clothing: Brown belt, Blur shirt in brown horizontal lines, khaki pants, one black sock.  10. Date Body Found: March 17, 1999 Location Found:[/B] Queens, New York Estimated Age Range: 35-50 Years Sex: Female Race / Ethnicity: White / Caucasian, Hispanic / Latino Height: 4' 11"(59 inches) , Measured Weight: 118 lbs, Measured Circumstances of Recovery: Unknown female found shot in the head by passerby at above location. Taken to Jamaica Hospital where she was pronounced. Hair Color: Brown Head Hair Description: Brown with some gray, curly, 11" long Left Eye Color: Brown Right Eye Color: Brown Scar/mark: 5" vertical and 3" tranvsverse scars on lower abdomen Tattoo: lips are permanently lined in pink Clothing: dark brown vest, dark brown dress pants, black shirt, white bra, gray leggings, dark blue leggings, beige spandex briefs, white sock Footwear: high heeled brown ankle boots.
