The funeral home could not determine his name, demographic information, or the location from which he was transported. Hair Color: Gray or Partially Gray  2. Date Body Found: March 22, 2009 Location Found: Laredo, Texas Estimated Age Range: 20-30 Years Sex: Male Race / Ethnicity: White / Caucasian, Hispanic / Latino Height: 5' 7"(67 inches) , Measured Weight: 144 lbs, Measured Circumstances of Recovery: Decedent was transported to Laredo Medical Center ER. Decedent was an unrestrained driver and sole occupant of a motor vehicle involved in a single vehicle collision. Decedent is believed to be Jeffrey Joel Pena or Jose Pablo Pena. She had been wandering the streets. She called herself "Seven" when police found her, so was called Seven Doe from that time. The bicyclist applied his front brakes, was propelled forward and struck his head against the decedent's head and the decedent fell back and struck his head on the street. Decedent was transported to a hospital where he remained until his death on 11/06/2014.
