I've been sharing an apartment with TWO gays in Berlin for more than one year, they were (and are) some of the most beatuful, educated, respectable and respectful people i've ever known. They've never tried to sexually approach me as they respected the fact that i'm straight. Much different from the behavior of the dude in the OP, who stripped then tried to have sex with the wrong man. That's a form of violence and the man was entitled to protect his ass at every cost (in my humble opinion, i could be wrong of course).

From the sounds of the info the murderer was in a romantic relationship for financial gain, maybe gave the man mixed signals. Romantic certainly means something was going on

From the reports i understood that the victim spent hours drinking along with the killer and two more friends, then the killer asked to the victim if he could host him for the night, then at some point the victim (according to the killer) showed up naked and tried to have sex with him. If to say "no thanks" was enough to stop him, why to stab him 15 times then strangle him? However, he stole is cellphone and a camera, which complicates his situation.
