36 year old gay man was found murdered inside his home. He was naked with a shirt wrapped around his neck and had been stabbed.
The man accused confessed to the crime. He stated that after a night of drinking he stayed over at the victims house. The victim approached the man in the night, he was naked and tried to have sex with him so he grabbed a knife and repeatedly stabbed him.
Information was also given that the accused had been having romantic relations with the man for financial gain.
