The Naked and the Dead
Several men (three others who were not included in this photo) and a woman were found executed and naked in the street this morning in NE Mexico. Assumed to be Cartel related, of course, but no other details were provided. Not entirely sure why the photo is so grainy, as this source usually provides crystal clear, hi-res images. But I thought it was worth posting regardless. Still a pretty massive file too.  · |

I don't see any wounds. Could the cartels have forced them to eat at Taco Bell and that killed them?

Strangulation or hanging, most likely. Both men have some sort of ligature around the neck and the woman's face and lips are cyanotic. Plus the lack of blood and visible wounds, of course. I would say that shooting is the most popular method of dispatch in narco hits, followed closely by strangulation, and then throat-slitting/decap. Some form of asphyx is definitely my suspicion in this instance. |
