Good picture. Its sad though that due to budget cuts in the city, that those guys are having to wait for the bus to get back to the morgue.

In my climate the winters are so long there just isnt alot of homeless people around. They seem to collect in the summers a bit but once the fall comes around the homeless people either find shelter or turn into bumsicles.
