Mutilated Man With Banner Signed 'Cartel de Sinaloa' in Manzanillo, Mexico
A mutilated male body lay beside two handwritten narco-banners in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico. The skin of the man's face and scalp had been removed, his ears had been cut off, both hands and feet had been severed, and his eyes had been removed and placed beside his torso.

One banner called the man Jose Arroyo and accused him of killing women and taking part in the killings of ministerial agents. The second banner was signed 'Cartel de Sinaloa.'
