the blood stain around his waist, suggest's at 1 point he was standing, and the blood spatter marks on the wall say's it's been a violent sustained attack, once he has hit the floor, he has then been pulverized around the head with a long weapon, coz if it was close in, you would be able to see foot print's in the blood, or smear's in an attempt to clear them.
