I guess they shot her legs because they were nice and this was probably done out of jealousy. There was a pic I think in a war torn country were they did that to the women soldiers that were dead,but unloaded a few clips on their legs and butts making hamburger out of them.

Husband did it! Keeps her from running away may in fact be correct, but what about the cheating option... so he shot her where he was betrayed...metaphorically speaking!

This isn't one of the Zodiac murders. I'm fairly sure there's not some Machiavellian mystery going on. The husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, etc. shot her in the legs because it quite literally keeps her from walking/running away...there's no secret message in shooting her in the legs...it just makes it easier to shot her in the face.  |
