Brazil, A 25 year-old woman was shot and killed and her body was found on Sunday morning, May 31, in a bush area near a railway track.

According to police, the suspect of the crime is already arrested and is the same man who, just over a week ago, was reported by the victim for stealing her cell-phone.

After police registered the complaint, the man was arrested on the 23th of May for theft and released on Friday (29).

On that very same day the woman magically went missing. Her body was found Sunday morning with various brands of aggression, especially in the head. The victim would have celebrated her birthday on Monday, June 1.

According to MP, the man had other passages by the police on suspicion of murdering his own nephew and drug trafficking. The man had a romantic relationship with the victim.

The man was arrested of suspicion of murder. The accused denied the crime to the police.

Police told that he put on one of the victim's flip-flop by mistake, after entering into battle with her, and that flip-flop was found in the residence of the suspect.
