My guess would be natural causes, no joke. Esophageal hemorrhage kills lots of older people; from throat cancer, untreated throat infections, bad (long term, untreated) acid reflux… No other visible injuries, just blood pouring out of nose and mouth- Esophageal hemorrhage.
