Murdered Bicolano Found Dumped
An unidentified male was found dead this morning, January 3, 2019, in Sitio Sebulan, Barangay San Juan, Sorsogon City, Sorsogon, Philippines. He was said to be on his 30's and he was about 5'6" high.
