if it is real, looks like the face was painted - painting the face causes suffocation. obviously face paint doesn't do that. looks maybe like metallic car paint? as for the wig, well combined with the paint, possibly some kind of torture humilation before murder. that's if the photo is real

It's a repost and it said something in the other one. She had some sort of illness I think.
