No question. If she was alive that whole time, she was bleeding internally and died of exsanguination. What really sucks, is that she might have been able to be saved if they had better emergency services. Like Princess Di.

I was thinking the same thing. It looks like there might be a big puddle of blood on the floor right at the door way. She might have been bleeding out the back. Either way she is dead and that is sad.
