It looks like overkill to me. He was shot, stabbed, and dragged by the horse, who was killed after the guy was dead. They could have let the horse go.... I doubt the horse's eye witness testimony would have held up in court.  |

sure about that? I'm on DR and I'm a hunter... I also do all my butchering myself... I don't care about humans or animals... except from my dog, Abra's dog, Abra's cat and Abra... |

I don't know...I mean I usually do tend to feel worse for animals...and here's why. If something happens to a human, they usually did something to deserve it. If they got shot, odds are they were in a gang, or picked a fight. They die in a car accident...maybe on the phone, or drunk. A lot of times, humans can do more to prevent. Also, the animals are most usually defenseless. They don't have weapons, they just have their bodies. By NO means am I saying that an animal's life is more important....animal vs. human, I'd kill the animal in an instant. |
