I've never used a seat belt on a bus or coach. Not practical on a bus but on a long distance coach cruising down the motorway, they should be used. I don't my head BUSted on my way up to Edinburgh  |

Bus company: We are sorry to say ten people died on our bus today and we will do whatever possible to prevent future tragedies.Valued customers are our number one priority. Reporter: A steel skeleton within the bus along with stronger (Bullet-proof) windows will help considerably. Not to mention seat belts. Bus Company: The cost of steel is too high and the extra weight added will cost us more in fuel. With that said, we will take our chances. Bus Company: Again we have our valued customers interest on top of our lists of priorities. |
