No way does he look peaceful to me. Poor sod has his stomach around his back and he is doing an impossible yoga pose. That looks bloody painful to me.  Horrible thing is, his head doesn't appear damaged enough for him to have been killed instantly...if his brain was intact he probably felt his guts being twisted around before he died.  |

YES> Its a close up of his kidney. You can see the ureter hanging off. Also, he is torn open in the back/flank where the kidney lives. Its a retroperotaneal organ which isn't really in you abdominal cavity. You can see the retroperatoneal fat stuck to the kidney |
