Motorcyclist Killed Hitting Car in Baciu near Cluj-Napoca, Romania (2008)
On May 11, 2008, a Yamaha R6 moving at speed collided with the side of a grey Peugeot 407 that was turning toward a driveway. The collision occurred at the entrance to Baciu commune, about 3 kilometers beyond Cluj-Napoca in Cluj County, Romania. The motorcyclist died, with his body coming to rest partly through the car's side, consistent with descriptions provided by members. The Peugeot driver was hospitalized and was reported in stable condition, resolving a question that had been raised twice. The initial claim that the rider's speed was about 125 mph had no source. A Romanian motorcycle forum discussion begun on the crash date instead put it at roughly 87 to 93 mph. However, no official figure has been found, and the true speed remains unknown. That discussion referred to a local citynews.ro report, but the outlet is now defunct and the link no longer works. I'm going to hell, not that it's news, but I found it extremly funny with the guy hanging out of the window in his tight leather outfit.. Hahahaha, I know you need it when you're fizzing around on those things, but he looks like he just came out of a s&m club, or the closet for that matter.. Hahaha.. Hold me.. |
