Yeah he got popped good judging by the damage throughout.
I started racing motorcycles at age four after riding for a few months. Mom made all my very durable outfits too as I fondly recall.
Riding a bike is purely second nature to me as, no doubt, it was to this young boy. I far too often see adults doing the stupidest fucking shit all day long in the streets while driving for me to blame the youngster first. I can tell you that much for sure.
Having said that, if you want to get crazy on a motorcycle do it in the dirt where theres no traffic to kill you and dumping it in the dirt you will probably walk away. Then when you are in the streets riding obey the laws, pretend you are invisible- (because you are) and no one can see you. Ever. And ride accordingly, i.e. if you are invisible dont ride right next to the same car or truck- speed up/ slow down because they CANT SEE YOU YOU ARE INVISIBLE they'll turn into you. Dont hall ass when you see a vehicle waiting in the intersection rather wear bright colored gloves and wave one hand up and around to make sure you have their attention. Stand up, sit down or whatever to be noticed. Wear bright colored gear I mean rainbow shit- wearing black is fucking stupid on a bike on public streets and chrome don't do shit either from the front where the most danger is. Bikes usually get taken out from the front because they CANT SEE YOU YOU ARE INVISIBLE. Defense people the fucktards just dont see you when they're busy texting in their security cages. Since I'm on my soap box stop buying the biggest bike you can afford- many guys on $40,000/ 1000 horse power bikes should start over with probation on a honda trail 90 for at least a year fucking idiots are making the rest of us look bad by thinking they own the damn road... Cars and trucks cant see them either because they ARE INVISIBLE TOO i dont care how loud it is. Ride accordingly people or die like the young fella above and yeah that'll be what it looks like too.

more likely its the "youth eagerness" that is partially responsible for that. A lot of kids learned to drive vehicles at early ages and permission or none, they would sneak the vehicle out for a drive when they want to. I bet the parents are as surprised to find that the bike is outside of the house.

but most third world countries legally grants the permission to drive alone with professional status at the age of 18, non-professional status with parental consent at 16-17 yrs old.
