A 22 year old, shot to death whilst sitting in his car. He was rushed to the hospital in a different car but he was dead on arrival.

Maybe the guy in the first pic was a passenger, and he was DOA already.

actually it seems certain that he is in the back seat, so the different car comment is redundant

I did state in the original post that he was put in a different car to take him to the hospital.
