easy to say when your country have full of open jobs and even offers jobs by the hourly rate. here, where ratio is almost 1 to 30 applicants, couple that with redtape and corruption during screening period, not too many have that chance to land a job. and no company here hires extra by the hour. would you believe an hour of wages in the usa or canada is already food money of an ordinary family of 4 for 2-3 days? thats how life here is. striving and dreaming for better future is easier than making it come true.

i would not be here in DR often if i am just an employee and hires a computer when i want to go online. i can only afford to be here always because my business is renting out PC's. otherwise, even i can not afford to waste money on computer rental to be constantly online.

Nope. Dont want to raise my kids in a country where a parent can get jailed for trying to discipline her kids. i simple hit and you will have the child welfare whatevers climbing all over you and suing. Thats why not many of your teens retains the proper respect for parents and elders.
Ill stay here. im not that ambitious and i know how to be content with what i have from my own efforts.
