DNA test in our country will cost more than a year or two year's salary of an ordinary working man. and will take more than a year to get results. so most of these incidents are therefore just based on say so and whatever patience and tolerance the man have. and in most cases, the latter breaks down easily when almost everybody (mostly morons who like nothing better than to wreck other people's lives) are laughing at him for the unproven rumor. or maybe its just one way of turning away from responsibility. where im from, raising a child is not cheap. many guys would shrink from providing support if they can.

and take this point in mind before making remarks based on your norm... people in our country live mostly on hand to mouth financial situation. my assumption is that no more than 30-40% of our population have bank savings and less with bank savings more than a month or two month's wages. take me for an example. i have 2 little businesses (computers shops) and i breed dogs for a living. i am my own boss yet i barely net profit amount equivalent to 6000 dollars a year. and most already see me as more than average. imagine those who think they are lower than me. |

Thats why the only policy that would make your life easier in our country is " never aspire for anything you can't afford". trending will only waste your hard earned money when theres a lot of more important matters to spend it to. the best saying in Philippines, "Magtiis mamaluktot kung maigsi ang kumot." translated: " Learn to rest in fetal position, when you only have a small blanket."
