Mother and Son Executed
This 35 year old woman and her 14 year old son were abducted by force from their house last sunday evening. The door was found to be smashed and the house was in disarray, with objects and furniture damaged and strewn wildly about. It is assumed that the two put up some sort of struggle. They were found the next morning dead in a field. DSI reports indicated that the young son was killed first with a shot to the cheek while his mother was forced to watch. His hands were noted to be clasped together as though praying when his body was found. The mother was shot shortly thereafter with a single bullet to her cheek as well. It was later reported that the two were abducted and killed due to the woman's ex-husband (the boy's father) from whom she had been divorced for over two years. It seems he had gotten into some trouble with cocaine dealers and his ex-wife and son paid the price.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |
