Mother/Daughter Tortured and Murdered

Not a lot of photos for this one. But I haven't had much time to search lately, so I'm posting what I have come across, large or small.

This case is still being investigated. A mother and her teenage daughter (45 and 15) were both killed over the weekend in a home invasion. They had been bound with packing tape over their wrists and ankles, taken to two separate rooms in the house and tortured. No indication of sexual assault was noted, but after being knocked around for a while, both were slowly murdered by suffocation, having their noses and mouths tightly wrapped with packing tape.

The antemortem image shows both of them, with the daughter on the left and the mother on the right. I believe that the postmortem image is of the daughter, who was discovered partly under the bed with her face wrapped in tape and a sheet tied around the bedpost and her neck. There's also blood and saliva on a pillow lying beside her, so it isn't fully clear whether she was suffocated with the tape, suffocated with the pillow, or strangled with the sheet. But she was clearly asphyxiated.

Mother was in the same state, but thus far there have been no images released of her body in the living room. Police currently have no leads.
