16 year old girl and her mother were riding their bicycles to school and work respectively. A dump truck fully loaded with sand from a nearby construction site turned onto the road and plowed right into both of them. He then drove about 200 more meters down the road, put his hazard lights on, jumped out of the cab, and fled on foot into a nearby slum.

Both the bicyclists were dead at the scene. Not certain of the specific Cause of Death on the daughter, but mom's brains and face are smeared all over the pavement.

In a sad twist, the daughter's fiance was on his way to work as a postman and was held up in the traffic jam caused by the accident. He didn't realize until he passed the scene that his girlfriend and her mother were the victims.

There appears to be blood on the daughter's right arm near her wrist and also blood on her hair at the tips. Her right leg looks to be either dislocated or broken at the knee.

I feel sorry for the fiance having to discover the love of his life slaughtered because of carelessness.
