Half an hour after, Francisco A. S, 33, who lived in the village of Manga, a rural area, was killed with two shots to the head. According to witnesses, the victim was standing beside his bike in red Titan Avenida Lucio José de Menezes (District of Croatian I). Suddenly, it appeared two factors driving along on another bike and no discussion, one of them pulled out a gun and the victim ran to escape afterwards.
