My Khmer sucks. But there usually aren't many details with these events anyway.

In this case two young women were killed by a moving truck. I think that they were on foot when they were hit, but a bike is a possibility. In either case, both are dead now. The one lying face up (same girl as in the ID card) was 18, but I'm not sure about her facedown friend.

Anyway, sorry about the lack of specific details. Recent event that just happened this week, but the source was pretty light on data.
