Moment Drug Dealer Executes New Mexico Cop at Side of Road
Sickening footage shows violent criminal O F C.. 39 stepping out of the driver's side of his Chevrolet pick-up truck with an AR-15-style rifle before firing one shot at New Mexico officer D. J over the rear of the vehicle. D. J 28 fell to the ground at which point O F C walked over to him and him several more times, including once point-blank in the head. He then took off in his truck on a 40-mile police chase that saw him die in a hail of bullets. Seconds before the officer had asked O F C - who was on his way to a drug deal - to hand over his rifle which appears to have sparked his murderous act. |

Was the officer not prepared for the criminal to step out of the truck with the rifle and start firing? I would have been on high alert and prepared.

The truck was pulled over for having tint that was too dark on his windows. The officer didn’t know he was a drug dealer or that he has an AR. When he asked that shit bag to step out of the vehicle he came out with the AR ready. Very sad stuff for us here in New Mexico.

There is dash am video and body am video of the incident up to where he shoots. The video picks up when a US Marshall saw the Officer dead on the side of the road. The suspect was chased down for 40 miles and had a shootout with several officers. They killed his dumb ass. There is a bystander video of that as well. I tried to load the link to the videos without success. |

Info with article states the officer did know the criminal had a gun and demanded he hand it over which prompted the shooting.. Also as stated videos have already been posted so no need to try post link it's in vid section |

^^ that’s the way I read it too. I don’t want to second guess, but I would be on high alert. I would not choose to be a cop. |

Re: Moment Drug Dealer Executes New Mexico Cop at Side of Road
Of course anyone here would naturally say they would be on high alert....if you've never done this. But what is high alert? Pulling your sidearm for officer safety with zero reasonable suspicion or PC ? Doing ninja backflips back to the patrol car? The truth is, that officer didn't fail by letting his guard down. He's done it a billion times. And so have I. Unfortunately if I were in his shoes in that exact situation as an experienced officer.... I would've succumbed to this assholes gunfire too.. you won't see too many cops admit that. I certainly am not one of those.... btw Thank you Loveliest Lucinda who calls the cops the bizzys! Jk
