Look at how decomposed the body is. There is no flesh left on the skeleton. Why would the rest of a body decompose and leave a pair of tits?
Even if they were fake and the mounds of silicone were left they would have moved out of place over time.
There is flesh and skin left on the skeleton.. it's just the skull which is down to bare bone.
