A scene of jealousy was the main cause of death of the 44 years old. A minor, along with two friends aged 19 and 20, had been drinking alcohol at victims's house.

At some point the home owner did not like seeing the minor dancing with one of his friends and started scolding everyone.

First the minor attacked him with a knife, then another boy used a machete causing deep cuts in the head and somewhere else, partially beheading him. The three were trying to throw the body in a river, but with the arrival of the police they preferred to leave the work incomplete and flee into the forest. They were later caught.

One witness told MPs that the minor had the "mouth covered with blood" and was saying that "he ate the victim's brain matter, he liked it very much and would love to repeat the experience."
